Sour Cream
Makes 3/4 cup
1 (12 ounce) package firm silken tofu
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon agave nectar
3/4 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
