Vegan Parmesan

Makes 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup raw chopped almonds or walnuts
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 3/4 teaspoon fine salt

In a food processor, grind nuts into a crumbly powder. Add yeast and salt; pulse to combine. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Parmesan will not freeze solid; spoon out the portion needed.
