- 2 bricks firm tofu
- 3 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Unsweetened soymilk, as needed
In the bowl of the food processor, combine all tofu
ricotta ingredients except soymilk; pulse until ricotta-like consistency is
achieved. Add soymilk if needed for a creamier, spreadable texture; set aside.
