- 1 cup shelled walnuts
- 6 McIntosh apples, peeled, cored and coarsely chopped
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon or to taste
- Malaga or Concord wine as needed
Pulse nuts in food processor until finely chopped. Add apples and cinnamon. Pulse, adding wine as needed, to form a paste.
