- Fresh ears of corn
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- White pepper
- Granulated garlic
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove husks and silk and
place corn in a baking dish. Slather corn in oil on all sides. Sprinkle with seasonings.
Roast uncovered 15 minutes, turn and continue roasting 15 minutes longer or until
done. Serve immediately, no additional topping necessary.
