Cauliflower & Dill Sauté
Serves 4

  • Florets of 1 large head cauliflower, divided into bite-size pieces
  • Olive oil
  • Leaves of 2 to 3 sprigs fresh dill
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Microwave or steam cauliflower just until tender; drain. In a large skillet on medium heat olive oil to shimmering. Sauté cauliflower until browned and fully softened, about 30 minutes. Add dill and mix well to distribute. Add salt & pepper to taste; serve.
