Confectioners' (Powdered) Sugar

Don't bother buying special vegan (organic) confectioners' sugar, save money and cabinet space by making your own from regular organic white granulated sugar.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch

Combine sugar and cornstarch in food processor or blender. Blend on high continuously until the mixture is of uniform powdered consistency. Keep the lid on the blender until the powder settles. Use immediately, or store in an air-tight container.
