Mint & Sage Tea

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 to 2 sprigs fresh mint
  • 3 leaves fresh sage
  • Honey (not vegan), agave nectar or sugar, optional
  • Lemon wedge, optional

Heat water to boiling in the microwave or on the stove.
Add mint and sage, cover and allow to steep 5 minutes.
Enjoy with sweetener and/or lemon if desired.
