Breadcrumbs

Save unused bread ends in the freezer until ready to use. Lay bread out to air-dry, or toast in a 250 degree F oven for about 15 minutes, until completely dry and crisp. Tear bread into small chunks and whir in a food processor. For a fine, even texture, make small batches. If any moisture remains, again lay crumbs out to air-dry, or toast in the oven.
