Vegan Yogurt (for use in recipes)
Makes 1/2 cup
4 ounces (1/2 cup) drained silken tofu
1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients. Refrigerate if not using immediately.
